Professor Stricker invited to give talks on prostate cancer at the 2025 USANZ Tasmanian Section Meeting

Professor Stricker gave 3 talks at the recent USANZ Section Meeting that commenced in Launceston, Tasmania on the 31st of October. His first talk, titled “What’s New in Prostate Cancer”, was delivered on the opening day for Urology Nurses and Allied Health Specialists. The second day of the program was for Urological Surgeons. Prof Stricker spoke about focal therapy with IRE, highlighting its versatility. Later that day he gave a talk titled, “Prostatectomy – surgical tips for optimising potency, continence and cure”.

As a result, Professor Stricker will mentor the first urologists in Tasmania to use NanoKnife IRE and on Launceston General Hospital’s recently acquired da Vinci XI Robot.
