Jayne Matthews – Clinical Manager & Executive Assistant to A/Prof Stricker
With more than 25 years of urological experience, Jayne and I have worked together since 1991. Jayne’s role is crucial in supporting and educating patients and their families She explains the treatment processes and management of prostate cancer and is the link between the patient and the multi-disciplinary care team.
In 2010, Jayne was awarded the Max Gardner Award by the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia for her outstanding and significant contribution to the cause of prostate cancer in Australia.

Angela Papazoglou – Practice Administrator
Angela is your first point of contact, along with her assistant Vivian. Angela facilitates all queries with regard to operation, booking times, account queries and any non-medical issues. She has been with us for 6 years.
Research
Anne Maree Haynes – Biobank/Clinical Data Manager
Anne Maree is the Biobank/Clinical Data Manager of the Prostate Cancer Research Program at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research/The Kinghorn Cancer Centre. For the past 12 years she has led the enrolment of participants in prostate cancer research. Her role includes facilitating the research from ‘bed to bench’, she also manages the tissue and blood repository.

Stuart Baptist – Physiotherapist
Quality of life is key to your recovery. Stuart assists in the rapid return to continence and uses state of the art imaging and biofeedback tools to accurately isolate and teach effective pelvic floor muscle exercises. The result is improved continence and impotence post prostatectomy.
Dr Gerald Fogarty – Radiation Oncologist
A consultant radiation oncologist with St Vincents & Mater Health Sydney (SV&MHS), Gerald has extensive experience in genitor-urinary cancer especially in prostate brachytherapy.
Jamie Rose Fronzek – Nutritionist
As an accredited practising dietitian and nutritionist Jaime works with patients on factors that can be controlled – diet and lifestyle. Focusing on the prevention and treatment of prostate cancer, Jaime helps to improve outcomes and enhance quality of life.
Dr Raj Jagavkar – Radiation Oncologist
As Director of the Department of Radiation Oncology at St Vincent’s and St Vincent’s Private Hospitals, Raj specialises in high dose rate brachytherapy and seed therapy.
Dr Michael Lowy – Sexual Health Physician
A sexual health physician, Michael has worked in the field for over 20 years and focuses on male sexual dysfunction and relationship issues. Post prostatectomy sexual function is often sginificantly changed, however, over time it may return. Michael provides treatments to assist in improving sexual function.
Dr Deepi Miller – Psychiatrist
A Clinical Psychiatrist, Deepi works with patients who have clinical depression or anxiety related to their diagnosis or therapy for prostate cancer and their families.
Prof Kerryn Phelps AC – Integrated Care
Kerryn’s expertise in integrative medicine enables the team to combine conventional medical treatment with the best evidence based complimentary treatments. Her work is crucial in ensuring that we deliver the best available treatments regardless of where they come from.

The most experienced investigator in multi-parametric prostate MRI, Ronnie assesses the presence and extent of cancer in the prostate gland.
